We had a great time when we were there, thanks again for everything. The apartment was perfect. The furnishings were great, and the flat screens were a nice touch. Any friends we had over were always very impressed. The view from the balcony was excellent!
From what I saw, you guys have the best setup in the best neighborhood in all of Medellin. Safety was never an issue and we were close to everything.
Andrew was a first class host. Within a few minutes of meeting him, he was schooling us on where to go and what to do as far as nightlife and restaurants. During our stay he was always there to answer a question or drop by if we needed anything.
As far as the women in Medellin, 'No tengo las palabras!' I have never seen anything like that in my life. I am very envious of you, Jim and any other ex-pat who is fortunate enough to have moved to that city. Find me a job, and I am there! Girls here in Atlanta just don't look the same anymore. I will be back...

Absolutely amazing!!
I cannot express how easy you made our trip and I will (and have) definately be recommending you to anyone who can get over the myth that Medellin is an extremely dangerous place. El Poblado is definately as far from that as you can get.
The only thing I can think you could have done to improve our trip is to not let us leave. That's it!

First trip to Medellin I stayed in a hotel.. I researched apartments while there.. After viewing many apartments from different agencies I realized that Andrew and Max offer the only NICE upscale apartments in the area.. Although we had a rough start with the first apartment we got, (Apt. 501?) aweful, unattractive, too small, broken bed, no hotwater, no view...) and we were very disappointed in the less than stellar view, overall layout and comfort level of that apartment, both Andrew and Max did everything in their power to redeem themselves and move us to a better place, which we much appreciated. Our stay in Medellin was memorable and pleasant,in part thanks to them. The view, the comfort level, design and beauty of apartment 1105 was superb and we'll definitely be back. We trust Andrew and Max completely and know that they will do everything they can to make sure your stay will more than meet your expectations.
We stayed in three different apartments during our visit. By far, apartment 701 in El Tesoro was the best. Oh my god, what a view! We loved it so much that we now call it "our" apartment. So, if you choose "our" apartment when you go, pleeeeaase take good care of it because we are definitely coming back.
Thank you guys, you are fantastic and show how committed you are to making your guests enjoy their visit to Medellin.

This was my second time in Medellin, but my first time in an apartment, #902 specifically. I simply loved everything about it, especially for half the price of a decent hotel. The apartment was clean, very safe, conveniently located and completely furnished and equipped, including utensils, detergent and a corkscrew. Both Andrew and Max were very helpful and professional and I would highly recommend The Apartment Medellin to anyone who wants value and comfort. I will return on a regular basis since my financee's (a paisa) family lives there. Max recommended a great dentist who saw me on a Saturday for an emergency. He charged a fraction of what I would have paid in the States! Medellin rocks! And I think I found the most beautiful woman there!!!
Having stayed with The Apartments Medellin, I would *NEVER* consider staying anywhere else in Medellin ever again. The apartments are beautifully equipped, secure, and comfortable and the service from Andy and Max completely first-rate. Their driver, Sergio, is a consummate professional as well. I have nothing but praise for their way of doing business. Outstanding!
Just returned to the U.S.from my first visit to Medellin.it was both business and pleasure. I stayed in unit #402 in the El Poblado area. Location was important to me and I was close to all the essentials. ATM and a small grocery store are three blocks away. Parqueo Lleras which has many restaurants, bars and clubs is about a 15 minute walk away.The Pomona supermarket is several blocks away still within walking distance(or a short taxi ride) as well as many shops along the way.During rush hour you will notice the sounds of the city from the street below but a small sacrifice. Andrew was the total host and was available when needed for assistance. "I'll Be Back".

We had a great time in Medellin, and a major reason for that was the beautiful apartment we rented from www.TheApartmentMedellin.com. It was clean, convenient, and best of all, had a breathtaking view. The free use of the cellphone and wireless internet access was a great perk as well.

On my 2nd visit to Medellin I decided to rent an apartment for the week instead of stay in a hotel. What a great decision. The apartment had all of the comforts of home and the building was safe with a professional, friendly staff. After spending about $60 US at Exito (bigger & cheaper than Pomona) for groceries I didn't have to eat out. The excitement of Parque Lleras is walking distance so I didn't need taxis (except late at night). Thank you Andrew for the late check out and providing an inexpensive alternative to a hotel. I can't forget to thank Carlos for assisting me on my last day.

Both Willie and I want to thank you for the stay at your apartment 1805 - Edificio Murano in Medellin. We had a great time, even though we were there for work. The location of the apartment couldn't have been any better. The grocery store across the street was a great convenience. Both drivers that picked us up at the airport as well as the return were so very nice and both are great tour guide. We also want to thank Carlos for bailing us out so quickly when we locked ourselves out to the apartment. Again, our best to you and your staff.

Thanks everything was great. My friends & I had a great time and you and your guys were professional. Sergio was at the airport to meet us, answered our questions, informed us on the city, etc. Super nice guy. We were in 1005 and it was nice. Brand new building so the elevador didn't work one day but it gave us a chance to work out some of the good rum, by going 10 flights in the altitude of Medellin(whew!). Seriously, everything was top notch and I will definetly stay with you again. Take care.

Our Apt was #1408. Which is a new adition to company's porfolio
1)The apt was phenomenal with a priceless view of the city from the rooftop jacuzzi and shower.
2) I recommend staying there above staying in any hotel in Medellin.
3) There were no issues and everything was handled in a meticulous and methodical manner.
4) It was close enough to walk to Parque Lleras but the because it is high above Lleras it was only really worth walking downhill and even then the walk was a good 15-20 minutes depending on your physical condition.
5) That did not matter though because friendly, fast, and effective taxis were always available. It would only cost COP $3600 = US$ 1.75 to take a cab to Lleras.
6) To be objective in feedback, the jacuzzi was not spotlessly clean but it was not a big deal either. Also in living room some wires and cables were sticking out from ceiling as there must have been a flat screen tv hanging from there.
Conclusion:
Andrew's service 9/10
Apt 1408 9/10
Will definitely stay there again and work with www.theapartmentmedellin.com again.

My Amigo and I, both enjoyed the Penthouse #1203 quite a lot. The doormen were very helpful and courteous. The building is safe and secure, as well as, located in a terrific location in Poblado. Since we used the advance booking coupon on the i-net the apartment was a great bargin. Carlos was extremely efficient with our pick-up.
My only disappointment with the apartment was the slightly worn out mattress. Also, the building did not have a pool, but we were aware of that before arrival.
I wanted to express that I have traveled and stayed all over South America and have never stayed in a property that was amazing as Apt Medellin! Coming From Manhattan I have a certain status of confort and I must say that the level of Apt Medellin compares right with the same luxury & service as manhattan apt rentals!!! I cant wait to come back!!

Just completed another great stay, this time in apartment #904. Great location(walk to Exito etc.),quiet and a pool if you want a dip. The apartment was excellent(furnishings,2 safes,appliances,utensils and a washing machine).The balcony was nice for a few romantic dinners. My only regret, I did not book far enough in advance to have a longer stay. I left my laptop power supply by mistake and Carlos(Apt. Mgr) delivered it to my hotel(great service).
The apartment was amazing, the view incredible, had a couple of problems with lighs and hot water and fridge, but it was promptly taken car of by the administrator who is always on call and ready... thanks carlos and andrew you made my stay a lot more confortable, than expected. (special note to thank sergio and his crew of professional drivers for the outstanding service provided, made me feel safe and confortable while roaming the city... thank you guys.)

This is my 2nd time using Andrew's services and we'll be returning again real soon. The apartment had a great location within walking distance of Poblado Ave. The building/apartment has amazing views, pool, exercise room, great staff, etc. This was truly a beautiful apartment. However, 2 of the 5 nights there was no water and no electricity(no elevator)which made for very difficult access to a 17th floor apartment. Also, when the water was on, it functioned at very very low pressure. We actually took our showers at a friends place instead. But with that said, i'm sure this was just an isolated situation that will be fixed soon. We look forward to returning and using Andrew's services in the very near future.
